On November 9th and 10th, Ingunn took part in a masterclass with the Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra, organized by Talent Norway. She worked on Sibelius symphony no. 7 and Shostakovich symphony no. 5 under guidance from Klaus Mäkelä.

Ingunn recently joined the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra and their chief conductor Edward Gardner on a successful tour to Germany and Belgium.  A notable highlight of the tour was Ingunn’s opportunity to conduct a rehearsal at the Elbphilharmonie alongside acclaimed violinist Augustin Hadelich, featuring pieces such as Sibelius’ Violin Concerto and Debussy’s La Valse.

Friday 2nd of December four great candidates auditioned for the position as assistant conductor of the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra with Edward Gardner as chief conductor.

Ingunn Korsgård Hagen has been announced as a participant for this year’s Conducting Academy during the Gstaad Menuhin Festival. There she will work with the Gstaad Festival Orchestra for 3 weeks under the guidance of Jaap van Zweden, Johannes Schlaefli and Baldur Brönnimann
